activities in the more social-emotional areas not usually beloved by
developers, builders, and REALTORS®, but which Dr. Flanders loves
- Welcoming and
orienting new home buyers, especially about the vastly increased
possibilities and choices available to residents who live in a Hometown
- Setting up a
- Helping residents
and builders decide amenities that might be added later
- Obtaining research
feedback from residents to help improve Hometown for the future
Flanders’ negotiates fees individually from a long-range perspective. In the
early stages of implementing Hometown design, Dr. Flanders expects to offer
favorable agreements because he is currently primarily interested in getting
Hometown off the ground.
